Solid Insulated Switchgear (SIS)

Entec’s Solid Insulated Switchgear(SIS) is designed for the application in substation and power plants for voltage classes of 15kV, 27kV, and 38kV. The product is available with single busbar(CMIS) and double busbar(CSIS) type. CMIS is available with DS(MH), MOF, main feeder(CH), feeder(FH) and spare feeder(AH). CSIS is available with incoming(IH), PT, feeder(BH), tie(TIE) and sectionalizer(SEC).

The operating mechanism uses a permanent magnetic actuator that guarantees high reliability and maintenance-free operation. It uses vacuum interrupters encapsulated in epoxy bushings for arc quenching, eliminating the need for the insulants such as oil and gas.

Main circuit and busbar are HCEP(Hydrophobic Cycloaliphatic Epoxy) molded that provides excellent insulation performance even under harsh climatic environments and polluted areas.

The SIS is supplied with complete microprocessor-based control(ETR500) including metering, monitoring, recording, and communication functions. Protection relays of other brands are also compatible.

The SIS has been fully type tested by accredited laboratories such as KERI according to the international standard IEC 62271-100,101,102,200 and 201.
